Size Guide and Policies

Finding Your Size

To determine your ideal bracelet size, we recommend using a piece of string or paper alongside a tape measure. Measure lengths of 5.65", 6.75", and 7.3", and wrap it around your wrist to see which size fits best. Our bracelets are designed to stretch for easy wear and then return to a snug fit.

Size Recommendations

  • Children: Lil age 13, can wear either a small/medium or a kids' size. An average 6-year-old can comfortably fit into the kids' size.
  • Adults: Jessica wears a s/m but can also wear a m/l in a looser way.
  • If you're unsure, we recommend sizing up.
  • Our classic tassel and non-tassel bracelets are one-size-fits-all and suitable for ages 5 and up.

Shipping Information

Canada and the U.S.

Most of our orders are processed in USD due to high demand from U.S. customers. For our Canadian customers, we have reduced shipping costs below our usual rates to assist you.

Please note that our pickup option is currently available only in Toronto. If you are located outside of Toronto, we kindly ask that you refrain from selecting this option.

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receipt. Please email info@theswagbutler.com to initiate the process. Refunds will be issued minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Quality Assurance

Our Fine Jewelry bracelets undergo rigorous quality testing. If your bracelet shows a defect in material or workmanship within 60 days of the delivery date, we will replace it or issue a refund, as determined by Swag Gives. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the issue is not deemed a defect.

Repair Policy

Please note that our repair policy does not cover:

  • Lost items
  • Normal wear and tear scratches
  • Improper use or storage
  • Any modifications made to the product

If an item cannot be repaired, Swag Gives will replace it with the same item, if available. If the item is unavailable, a gift card for the amount paid will be issued.
